During our sessions we will engage mostly in good old-fashioned conversation. However, I do have a few tools in my toolbox that may seem less than conventional. Allow me to demystify a few.

Blood Type Diet
A part of each of my programs includes the blood type diet. This diet is based on the exhaustive research done by Dr. Peter D'Adamo and his father before him. They have discovered that certain foods are more beneficial to particular blood types and certain other foods are nearly poisonous to the blood. Many of us are eating foods that may not support our systems. The body is a magnificent machine that is designed to work on specific fuels and this tool helps us uncover those fuels for you.

I chose to become a certified practitioner of the blood type diet because it personally worked for me. And, I have not worked with one person yet that has not benefited in some way from the wisdom of the diet.


Ayurvedic Doshas
A mouthful to be sure. Ayurveda is a 3,000 year-old system of health from India. A large part of this system relies on the individual's dosha or body type. There is a comprehensive questionnaire that helps us determine your particular dosha.
 
Like the blood type diet, your dosha can help us narrow down the best foods and exercise choices for you. Your dosha will also correspond to a particular season which also reveals some possible personality traits.


Chakra System

While there is not a formal use for this system in my practice I do pay special attention to what you're saying and how you're saying it to determine if there is a particular chakra or charkas that may need balancing or attention.
 
Each chakra corresponds to an area of the body and an area of your life, either physical or etheric. A little investigating will help us uncover if there is an area that needs further attention.


Myers Briggs
Personality type testing. What's with all the tests!? This one is fun because not only does it give me clues, it helps reveal traits to you as well. For instance, maybe you hate going to the gym because you're an introvert and it's uncomfortable for you to be around all those people, not because of the exercise. Or, maybe you're not responding to recommendations because they're presented in an emotional context when you are more of a logical thinker. Interesting, huh? You get a copy of the test so you can test all your friends. It's like magic!
 
Combined these tests, along with other tools and bit of intuition, give us a really accurate picture of your bio-individuality. Not all foods are good or bad for all people. Not all lifestyle choices are effective for everyone. Learn about your unique bio-individuality.
