The Men's Club
Men are different than women. Hopefully you knew that. You age differently, stress differently and eat differently. This program helps you improve your overall health and well-being by taking a closer look at what foods and exercises may be the most beneficial to your health and vitality.


This program covers:

            • 8 one-hour sessions, every two weeks
            • Detailed recommendations at each session
